when trying to preheat it say sensor failure or power supply not enough power it is a x-pro
Is this printer new and this problem has always been or did it just recently start after much use?
I’d go over all connections to make sure they are tight and secure. No burnt wires or connectors.
Also, what is the power source and voltage? Is the voltage switch set correctly on the back by the plug? Don’t remember if the Pro has one but usually they do.
If it doesn’t help then contact QIDI via email. Send them a video of what is going on and they will help.
