My mp select mini will turn on but can get nothing to work all temps read 0 and no stepper motor function.

Was it working at one point? Or did you just get your machine? Does this happen only when you try to print? Or also when you use the machine menu to preheat and jog the motors? If both I would say your driver board is shot if it’s a brand new machine return it asap.
Had the machine for about 3 months,replaced nozzle and this happened. Thinking it may be firmware but cannot find link to firmware on internet. Reason i believe it is firmware I went to check firmware version on startup screen under IIIP it should have 2 sets of numbers and none appeared.
