Good evening everyone.
If someone would be willing to do this edit, I’d really appreciate it! I have no idea how to edit 3D models, and I’ve been failing at accomplishing this…
I’ve printed out this mask twice now, and I’d like some changes;

1. It would be great if the spots that are supposed to be hollow, could really be hollow.
2. The nose is paper-thin.
I feel like it’d be really easy for someone whom knows about modeling.
Below in the attached image I circled the areas that I need hollowed and where the nose should be thickened.
If anyone doesn’t want to do it for free, just give me a price. It’s worth saving the filament.
Thanks a lot!

Hey, Todd. Is the attached image close to what you are looking for? Is this what you mean by hollow? The model that you attached should not be printing the nose very thin. It appears to be at least a few mm thick.

Here’s how it looks sliced in Simplify3D.

Yes.
This is exactly what I was trying to achieve.
I’ve been messing with the model on Maya for so long today, and haven’t been able to get it right.
Would you mind uploading the file?
Thanks a lot!

I’ve attached a close-up image of the nose.
The circled red region is the area that I believed is a bit too thin. As you can see, it comes to a peak; which is very thin.
I’ve also experienced a bizarre warp right after the bridge/thin region; I’ve outlined the warped area in blue. (Warped during print.)
I can figure it out though.
Thank you so much for the help.

The sharp edge is just how the mask is. I would just sand it down or barely hit the edge with a heat gun and take the sharpness off.

Thank you SO much.

You have no idea how much I appreciate this.

No problem! Glad to help.
