I have a Rep 2X that is running Sailfish 40r33. The power cable came unplugged just as it was starting a print and now the temps for both extruders are stuck at the temp when the machine lost power. When I power it up the fans start immediately and the display shows that both extruders are at 234C. I have tried preheating and the platform displays accurately but both extruders do not react.

Any suggestions? I have already reinstalled the firmware through ReplicatorG

I reverted the firmware back to the default Makerbot 7.6 firmware and the LCD reads: “Heating Failure #1! Software temp limit reached! Please shutdown or restart.” I have rebooted it a handful of times now and no change…

Any input would be much appreciated.
