Hi all. Is anyone able to help me with uploading the same file to another hub, after the first hub was unable to fulfill my order?
I have uploaded the files, selected a print hub, but then the hub could not print them for me. I would like to now assign the same files to a new hub who can fulfill the order. The only way I see that I can do this, is to re-upload the files, but I am on a different computer, without the files handy. Surely when a hub cancels on you, you should be able to shop around for a new hub using the same uploaded files? Where are these files stored? Also, what happens to files that I did upload, that the initial hub was unable to complete? Is there intellectual property rights over the files that I created? Or, is any hub I ask to print, able to reject my job, yet keep my files to do with what they like? Thanks guys, any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

I had this situation before,
The 3d hub support attached to my order helped the customer by providing a new link to make the same order in another hub.
So I suggest you try to reach your 3d hub support attached to your order.
Good luck

Ok, thanks for your reply. Cheers
Hey there @psdman . Indeed there is a specific link that you can go to to transfer all the files to another hub. It is simply the current URL followed by “/switch”
Example: 3dhubs.com/oder/22222/switch
There should also be a big green button saying " Switch to another Hub" which you can click. I’ll report that it’s missing and we’ll make it work again
