This company is a typical Chinese company. They might design a good product but the quality of the product sucks. When I receive my Raise3d N2 Plus, the wheels were not level ( I have cardboard under one wheel to keep it from rocking). I heard others had this problem. Out of the box, the plastic close-out on the bottom was hanging loose (and still is). Fasteners were loose. Supply tubes to provide a smooth path from the the filament roles to the feeder are supplied but you are told not to use them. There is NO manual. When I contacted Raise3D about the problem, they politely ignored these small problems. I knew I was not going to get much help.
Then, I discovered the biggest problem of all. The feeder will not feed flex material. When I contacted, they took some steps to try to make me happy but it still will not print flex. I felt strongly that they were not going to honor their warranty so I decided to buy a new feeder. They told me that they could not sell one to me. Price was never discussed. They told me to go buy a third party print.
More problems yet: I wanted spare parts and a filament run-out sensor so I ordered and paid for it. They sent the parts minus the sensor. That was about three months ago. Now I am told that I will not get a new feeder that I am just **** out of luck and the sensor has an internal hold (whatever that is).
Bottom line: The company now has my money, will not adhere to the warranty, and will not ship my parts that I have already paid for. I have a multi-thousand dollar piece of strap metal and plastic.
I am having the same issues with them. Have you gotten anywhere with them? According to them, it is normal to ask a customer to take their new machine apart and try and fix their manufacturing problems. I am super upset.
