I have a monoprice mini with a buildtak adhesive on it, the bed is leveled and temps are 195 and 30, it starts so perfect and than lifts up on one side after a half inch or so… Not sure what to do
Hi, I have the same printer and had the same problem the first couple of months.
I found that I really wasn’t leveling the bed enough. There’s a file in the Files section of the
Monoprice Mini user group on Facebook, BedLevel-JMM.gcode, that is great for
leveling the bed. It only takes two minutes to run and lays down a grid only
one layer high. You can tweak the leveling screws as it’s running and really
fine tune the Mini. You want a nice wide and flat trace and it’s easy to spot
where the bed either has to come up or go down. (It’s not always obvious
which direction.)
