I’m very new to 3D Hubs (got verified a couple days ago). I was wondering if there was a way to say that a person has already payed? Like if someone were to order and pay in cash, is there a button that indicates they have already payed? Is there a way to give discounts on prints? Can people review a hub without ordering parts? Thanks in advance!
Hey @timosky.
1) We don’t currently offer the possibility to pay in cash. If we do not receive any money we cannot confirm the transaction and then only admins can manually move the transaction forward. (Think of PayPal working with payments in cash - doesn’t really work, right?)
2) Reviews are done only after a successful print job is completed so that the orders are based on the way people experienced your Hub on the platform
