I have a QidiTech Dual Extruder printer, which I’ve had for a couple of weeks, it recently disappear from my iMAC. I want to use Qidi Printer which is based on Cura to print STL files, but it doesn’t find my printer, although MakerBot can see it and print to it.

Try to stop makerbot service and try again.
