Hello, of the sd card is test file with gcode that is ok, but my gcode created with qidi tech sofware 1.0 is bad, the printer say unknow file format … 
First thing is to update the QIDI slicer. Give them a shout to get a link to the latest version.
Are you saving the gcode you made to the same SD card that has the test file or a different one? If it is a different one then it may need to be reformatted.
If it is the same one them maybe you need to give it more time to save the file. Just because the slicer says it is saved doesn’t mean it is finished actually saving it.
I just started with mine and it came with the Qidi 3.1 software which was on the SD card seems to work fine. Have you emailed Qidi? I have heard they are responsive to help requests.
