Hi I have just bought a Quidi and set it up however when I run the test print on the SD card I can not get it to print past the first layer. When it gets to second layer the printer speeds up and it looks like the filiment is not coming out fast enough.
Can someone please help? Plate set at 40 and head set at 230

Did you set those temps? They do not make sense. 40 is way to cold for ABS bed temp and 230 is really to hot for PLA. 40 is even a little low for the bed for PLA.

Hi got it all sorted thanks. It was to do with temp settings and getting use to the mkerbot software. Now printing beautiful models.

I just got my printer and printed the test ABS file off the SD card and it also set the platform temp to 40C. Does the file contain temp settings?
