Prusa i3 bad prints on round objects

Hi,

When i print that type of objects specially on pla (vases or other shperical objects) the first layers will print with bad quality as you can see in the photos. I have tried many different temperatures (190-210 on the extruder, 55-70 degrees on touching bed, also printed on different speeds with no results)
I also have attached the settings of cura engine …
Any idea?

Turn the cooling fan on and see if that helps.

It’s probably a fault with your filament which is degrading the shape of the object. Get better quality filament and try printing with it. Or you can use some measures to enhance the outer appearance of the object.
