Does anyone know where the position sensor is located? Better yet, anyone know if there is a service manual available?

Hi Blueheron, I couldn’t find it online unfortunately, maybe worth dropping the support line an email.

Hi Gfisherwils,

I found it on the right side of the platen carrier.Just had to loosen 5 screws to lift the cover off. We cleaned the strip and gently blew out the encoder. Hopefully, it will work to coeect the problem.
