Hi, I just got a CTC 2nd generation (I think - black paint over wood body). When I run ReplicatorG-0040-Installer.exe all is OK untill it reaches Device Driver Installation Wizzard.

Then the following drivers won’t install with the messages as below.

ArduinoLLC(www.arduino)(usbser) Ports (11/15/2007 5.1.2600) Install Failed.

MakerBot Industries (usbser) Ports (11/15/2007 5.1.2600) Install Failed.

MakerBot Industries (usbser) Ports (11/15/2007 5.1.2600) Install Failed.

MakerBot Industries (usbser) Ports (11/15/2007 5.1.2600) Install Failed.

When I run the ReplicatorG program I then get the following:-

Any help would be most welcome.

I would suggest you to refer to the user manual of your 3D printer which contains all the information relating the software installation etc.
