I have a Folgertech FT-5 large format 3D printer. I have been printing with it for about 6 months and it’s been great. Last week it started to deform the outer shell (shown In pictures). I can’t figure our why.

1. I have replaced the nozzle.

2. The heater and thermistor

3.Drive gear

4.Extruder motor stepper driver

5. I have also tested with various brands of material (same results)

I am using Cura and have been adjusting:

1.Extrusion rate

2. Outer wall Extrusion rate

3. Temperature

4.Speed

I currently print with a 0.4mm Nozzle. 210C with PLA. Heated bed of 60C. I run about 50mm/Sec

What could be the problem?
