After heating the platform and extruder, my zortrax keep raising the platform rather than stopped after the extruder touch the platform. I think I saw this problem someone posted before. Any suggestions what’s the problem and which part is the problem.

is you nozzle and platform clean? The nozzle needs to close the electrical circuit with the platform.
