Prints coming out stretched by 10mm

For some reason every print I do, it gets stretched by 10mm. Here is an example: Right cube is correct height (20mm) and the left cube was the same cube but printed 30mm tall for some reason.

I am using a modded Da Vinchi 1.0a on RAMPS 1.4 and Simpiify 3D v3.1

You say it stretchs the print by 10mm. Not a percentage?

That is, if you print a 30mm cube, does it become 40mm?

If you print an object that is not a cube, what does that look like?

Step one would be to make sure you have selected the correct printer in s3d, and reset your settings from scratch s3d-reset.
