Title says it all. When G-29 is run the print head tries to go to x=10 y=10 and measure z, but when it moves it appears to slam into the end of the Y axis. It makes a painful noise and then continues with the bed leveling and print. When printing through Cura it works, but we can’t seem to get it to function through Repetier. This is my first 3d printer, so it very well may be something incredibly basic (we have the print area set at x= 150mm, y= 150mm, and z=150mm).

Dont start a print untill you recalibrate he nozzle! Maybe a print or you hit the sensor and it moved a bit! Happened to me once … Recalibrate!

I have been having a similar issue since i got my simple metal… the bed level (g29) causes the printer to lose it home causing the x/y to bottom out on the end stops when using the whole volume, adding a G28 x0 y0 after the g29 line stops the bottoming out on the axis, but then it loses level… I never fixed this problem with code, I just bought the Matrix Precision upgrade kit so it wont bottom out anymore…
