I’ve recently had a CTC dual printer and design with 123D Design and print in replicator.

Although each STL file is centred on the grid in replicator and “placed” when printing commenced it has either gone to the edge of deck or even printed in thin air? Where have I gone wrong? Some files will print Centered with no issues. Just inconsistent, it’s not the belts or any issue with the head movement, as you can return to the same file and does the same thing.

Did you recently update firmware? Sounds like maybe incorrect homing offsets maybe. It’s very hard to diagnose with the provided information. In this case a video would be excellent.

I think it sounds like the symptoms of using wrong machine type. Your machine is based on a replicator dual not rep 2 or rep 2x. Rep 1 dual is the correct one.
