Anyone have any idea what is causing this issue below? I’m printing tpu at 200c and the print bed is 60c. I’ve tried at many different speeds and flow rates and bed adhesion methods and I’m at my wit’s end. It’s not as bad on smaller prints. It is also more pronounced on corners, it seems that every corner during the skirt print it lifts. I’ve used both cura and Astro print to slice. Any ideas? Thanks. Also I am printing on a makerselect v2 with the glass bed upgrade and flexion extruder.

Search google for pillowing there a great guide to help you. To sum that guide up. Looks like you’re extruding too hot or perhaps. Not enough infill for your top layers to adhere to. You could also try adding more top/bottom layers that’s saved my butt a couple times with similar issues. Also something that may help is lowering your temp after first layer. My printer likes to go down burning hot to get good adhesion after I lower about 5c.
something that guide doesn’t say could be your issue and is mine. Your spool might be junk ?

I print Tpu at 180-190 with the heated bed turned off. For adhesion, glass with hairspray works very well for TPU. For speed, first layer is about 13mm/s and with TPU the maximum speed I use is 40mm/s.

I’ve slowed the print speed but I’ll try turning off the bed and turning the hotend down too.
I seem to have solved my issue, turns out as I was being extremely over precise in my leveling I ended up having the bed too close to the print head so what happened in the picture and in sharp corners the head was dragging and pulling the print. Thanks for the help!
