It looks like you might need to tweak the flow rate and starting height for the initial layer to correct the problem with the bottom. It’s tough to tell if that overhang is really as bad as I think it might be, but it would likely benefit from better cooling. The stock PLA cooler is only good for very moderate overhang.

I find 190 is crazy cold for a Duplicator i3 depending on the filament. Even doing heat tests and calculating I needed 185 to print plastic, I still print at 210.

The i3 has a massive range when it has a particular temperature set. When I print at 210, it goes from about 203 to 216 seemingly randomly.

Mine does tend to want to run hot even with the all-metal hotend - I blame a flaky thermocouple.

As for the temp variance, you’ll get waaay more consistent temps if you switch to PID and tune it properly.

please check the filament flow in to the hotend, in some cases extruder gear will slip while loading the filamen
