I just bought a formbot t-rex 2

the printer does not print

the extruder does not heat and it does not do leveling

can someone help me

I also just recently purchased a Formbot T Rex 2. If the extruder is not heating I wonder if the flat cables are connected to the extruder. A cable connects to an electronics box in back of the cars. That Box connects to the electronic box mounted at the lowere bottoms of the printer. You should be able to select preheat from the interface and have it heat to the temperature in your SD card set in the Cura software. I would contact Formbot. They are very knowledgeable about the machine and I’ve found them to be very helpful

Hey dont know if this helps but I recently bought mine and had everything connected and it would respond either. I found a connector inside the box to be off a connector. Double check everything there. If all is good the. Make sure you do the Marlin update.
