print with repeating wave pattern

Hi, can someone please help - i have tried everything from re-aligning my axis, updating steps in fireware & simplify3d settings.

the x/y square has a wave pattern on the same position on all the print i try

What is the printer, material, temps and speeds?

Can you send a few pictures of your printer. This could be cause do to belt not tight enough, stepper motor driver voltage is not set right, a few screws not on tight on the frame of the printer causing vibrations. Also, this could be due to running the printer too fast like wirlybird said above.
