I have been printing with this printer for many years now and I have had so many problems with it. It’s a FLSUN Kossel Delta printer. I have to change the board like two times and the leveling mechanic is so wonky and hard to get right. The heatbed doesn’t like to warm up and the print almost always looks pretty bad. It comes in waves, sometimes it looks fine and other times the print just doesn’t want to work.
Right now I am having problem with tolerance and my first layer. Depending on something, everytime I come back to it the printer changes how the first layer comes out so it either doesn’t stick to the plate or no filament is comes out. The weird things is that the plate is leveled with the three towers so there must be something else going on. Something else I have noticed is that in some places the print looks like the extrusion is too high even though I have calibrated the extrusion. I don’t know really whats up with that
Does anyone have any tips on fixing this other than the normal things? As I said I have been trying to fix this printer on and off for years now and a new problem always comes up.

I should also state that on that picture the first layer wasn’t entirely done so some parts probably looks a little worse than they really are.
