I am currently printing the same print every day for low volume commercial production. At the moment, 3D printing still remains the most practical method of manufacturing this part. The problem is that the part has a large block of support material underneath which always gets thrown in the bin. I would like to know whether it is possible to have a pre-built solid support block fixed into my UP3D printer and then use some software to account for this and build around it. Does anyone know of such a program?
