Been trying to create a post with pictures. Not sure if it is getting flagged as spam due to linking to a outside source but I find it odd that a thread post I have been trying to create previous to this one keeps coming up as unpublished?
Any ideas?
This happens to every post I try. They publish it after I contact them but always have some excuse but nothing changes. It’s frustrating.
@twiesner @wirlybird My apologies for this inconvenience. Recently we’ve seen an uptake in Spam on Talk and had to increase the intensity of our Spam filter. Unfortunately, that means that some of the legitimate posts get filtered out, but then later on get published by one of us manually anyway. We didn’t get to a suitable solution yet, but we’re working on this.
Thanks for the replies. @Arnoldas is there a way to implement a temporary safe list until a better solution is found? If users like wirlybird and myself were to contact support again, should be proof enough that we’re human and not those annoying spam bots and we could be manually added by a 3dhubs team member to a safe list so our posts are not blocked in the future?
@twiesner We’ve just changed some settings right now and added an extra step before submitting the thread. This should solve it!
