The Taulman Nylon Filament is ok to like 110°C if I remember it right. Depending on how your print looks, it can be a mess to print tho.
Hi mate,
Found this on wikipedia “a melting temperature 173–178 °C and a tensile modulus 2.7–16 GPa.[8][9] Heat-resistant PLA can withstand temperatures of 110 °C.[10]”
So PLA might work.
Normal PLA most certainly wont work, it gets soft at around 60°C.
I once used heat resistant PLA, that one got soft at 90°C. Might be there is a PLA that does 110°C, but the usual PLA you get doesn’t.

By the way any one know a good factory for making like 100-500 pcs? Does it exist?
What sort of application are you interested in using this application for? Also, is tensile strength a factor or just temperature? Taulmann filament or a PET+ might be a good solution here depending on the use case.
Whats the volume of a single piece?
We can help split up the order for you to get it done by hubs around you - you can send me an email at alex@3dhubs.com with more specifics about your project.
