Please help me with what am I doing wrong

Hi,
I’ve started to get these prints that are… foamy looking is the best way to describe the look. The prints were fine and the only thing I can think changed was the update to cura. The print looks stringy and has gaps but I have no idea what to change as my guess was infill but increasing that did nothing. Any suggestions would be great, thanks

I don’t use Cura but see if the filament is set to the correct size such as 1.75. Seems one version was defaulting to 2.85.

Otherwise, measure the filament and enter the average diameter you get.
Use a 0.2 layer height.
Go slow down the print. Basically go back to basics.
