How much longer do we have to put up with these spam messages,

Hey @Xeno. Sorry for the inconvenience! We’re looking into this. Quite a lot of them came overnight, but Talk should be clear now.
Be prepared for a lot more, the spammer probably made a ton of accounts to spam from 
wow take a chill pill. It happened over a weekend and the people running the forum section were off most likely.
I contacted 3DHubs early on when the spamming started, and they replied pretty fast, and told to do a clean up, and they should have known this wasn’t going away easy
but I think they didn’t block all the accounts created in that period, and now we will be spammed for months to come.
this happens to every…EVERY new forum, and they always think it’s not a big deal, and are spammed for months
+1… you should do like some forums… limit their post options to one section and add moderation for the first few post they make…
spammers are not likely to use a forum where their posts are not likely to show up and where they are limited. Just my 0.02DKK

Hey @Xeno, thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the frustration! Please rest assured that the issue is on our radar and we’re currently looking into a long term fix that should prevent this from happening. This will however not go one for months, our ninjas will make sure of it

I see a lot of great, and most new sites go to S**T because of never ending barrage of spam messages,
and hate when some admins don’t take the time, or take is serious, and was worried this would happen here too
Glad to read you are actively doing something about it
Spammers know what they’re doing. Just keep up the effort to continue the battle:)
