I notice that all the photos I shoot with my iPhone are importing upside down. I’ve run into this before and typically it’s because the importing software assumes the photo is already orientated correctly and / or ignores the orientation data in the EXIF tags.

Is it possible to have the photo import process on 3dhubs site simply honor the EXIF tags so us iPhone, and others I suspect, users can import directly vs yet another processing pipeline?

Thanks for reporting. This is a known issue, unfortunately there’s not much you can do for now until we fix it.
