It feels as if there is a giant barrier between me and the hub I choose to do a 3D print for me. Yesterday 6 hours after placing an order the printer declined the job because he didn’t think he could do it. No input from 3Dhubs support. Today I placed the order with someone else, and he accepted within the hour. He wanted to know why I placed the same order twice (I did not place the same order twice) and I let him know I think it is a glitch with 3Dhubs website. No input from 3Dhubs support. Next thing I get an automated email saying my order has been cancelled. Of course I post a message to ask what is wrong. No input from 3Dhubs support.

Did you finally get a hub to print your design? I hope so… I also hope the hub that accepted got paid by 3Dhubs
Thanks to Ferkan everything seems to be back on track. The one thing I found funny was when the extra order glitch was declined by the print hub, the system suggested other print hubs and the closest one was more than 6000km from my city. I’ll ask the guy that print my design if he got paid.
