Hello I am little ocd…maybe more so…but it drives me crazy that the Enquiries show up as active jobs for ever. This happens more often than not…and PLEASE do not get me wrong… I love to help prospective clients and just help people in general,but I get these random enquiries, answer the questions (sometimes with no response), and then I have to wait for the system to remove them…or bother a 3dhubs staff member to remove them… Basically I have Two fears

1.) That the active enquiry will “ping my printer as busy” thus making other hubs/printers more preferable over my own in the computer system and then #2

2.) That if I ask 3dhubs to remove the inactive enquiry that I will be somehow penalized algorithmically or less desirable because of the extra attention my account required.

So I guess my questions are is my fear rational? I noticed that if I have active enquiries it seems like I only get repeat customers and No new clients,… It just seems like I get more request/jobs if I have everything cleared out? Is anyone privy to how this system actually really works, and if so could you please dumb it down so someone like me can understand lol. Are our printers dinged for enquiries on them and is our rank thus algorithmically decreased temporarily until these jobs are cleared.
