I am looking for someone with access to an industrail sized FDM printer that will print the material, ninja flex.

What do you consider “Industrial Sized FDM Printer”? Does it have to be a Stratasys machine?

I’m looking for something with a large print bed.

What size would you consider large and are you needing a tall, long, wide and/or all the above for the build size? Most of the printers that we use are either cylindrical or rectangular (cylindrical is ~11" diameter by 14" tall where as most of our rectangular are 10" X 12" X 6"). We are currently building a printer to allow us to make some of our larger custom parts that would allow sizes up to 32" X 32" X 24". If you are needing bigger please let us know so that we or the 3D HUBS community can help you find what you are looking for.

Do you have any experience printing larger parts in the ninja flex? I have heard that printing at the max 14" isn’t possible with that material, but would be curious to know what you experience is with the material.

We haven’t done too many large parts with Ninja Flex as we have not had the need to do anything over approximately 8" X 8" X 5". A lot of what we have done the deciding factor in which it would or would not work came down to printing speed, resolution (z axis layer height), and the design itself. Just like other materials if there isn’t enough of a base the print can have complications where it doesn’t stick or doesn’t lay out nicely on the layer you are printing on. Is there a particular print or object that you had in mind for using Ninja Flex on.

Can you give me an email address to send information to regarding my design?

The PolyPrinter 229 that we use has printed samples in NinjaFlex. Build size is 9"x9"x9" and that machine is super fast. Maybe look into it? The people over at the Dallas MakerSpace also have a PolyPrinter machine dedicated to printing in NinjaFlex…maybe they could print something for you for a small fee?
