Good afternoon,

I am new to 3D printing and just purchased my new Creality Ender 4. I have built the printer and have it ready to test, however, when I try to set the extruder to Home, the Y axis motor appears to “lock up”. Here is a link to a video i made last night:

Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated, as i haven’t even gotten to try out my new printer yet because of this hang up. Looking forward to learning a lot from the experts on here!
