Thanks for the feedback. Easypost probably wasn’t able to recieve the updates. That is unfortunately a bit out of our hands but we will investigate.

No problem. Figured not a lot you guys can do. I can provide the RM tracking number via email if needed? the RM tracking site had lots of updates on where the parcel had been etc, so something should have been picked up by the tracking API?!

New order with same tracking service and now seeing updates. Only just posted but already got where and when I posted it, very handy for the customer (and us!)
