I have refurbished a couple of Replicators and made new key pads.

I’ve got problems with original key pad, aswell with motherboard, all changed in guarantee period.
I think they haven’t enought quality for a frecuent use.

I have manufactured a small batch for me and my friends need.
You might still experience malfunction but not from the keys this time. I discovered that the ESD protection was on the wrong side. This means that the motherboard is not well protected and you experience some glitches once in a while.

This keypad has better ESD protection and durable design.
