New Community for CNY: Syracuse

Could we get a community for CNY/Syracuse? There are a fair number of hubs in the region, and none of the current community options (Albany, Rochester, and Kingston ON) really cover this area.

Looking at maps.3dhubs.com shows 17 hubs that would likely be better served by a CNY/Syracuse community than the other options. I will be setting up another before too long.
