Wow, 80cm is really huge. I’m finishing 57cm/28cm delta this month, and next month 45x45x52 cartesian 3 colors printer, but man 80cm is a lot :slight_smile: You should consider, if not done already, splitting it in two. Not just a simple cut, but as you mention lot of details, then with the right soft, you could follow some of these details to do an ‘invisible cut’. That will require some time though :-). Good luck anyway. Feel free to post your stl to satisfy our curiosity :wink:

The stl needs to be handled with discretion, so if you want i can send you the stl, and maybe you can print it in piece?
