I am getting really good quality overall print when using cura except for these voids in layer start/ end. Its very annoying. In other programs like slic3r there is an opposite of void it has a blob like every other Z seam artifact. When I try it with cura there is a void. but it doesnt show up in layer view. I tried turning off retract on layer change, Retraction prime extra amount, coasting. retracting all together. The voids are always there when printer comes to layer end I had enabled all the settings in cura I have gone through everything there doesnt seem to any problem to my knowledge. is there any hidden setting that could be a culprit in the latest cura 3.2.1. Also I would like to point out a few weird extrusions on inner layer my printer makes. Please let me know what setting triggers this. I will copy paste all of my setting here as well. I really need to fix this
Settings :
adhesion_type = skirt
jerk_enabled = False
layer_height = 0.2
layer_height_0 = 0.2
material_bed_temperature = 75
bottom_layers = 4
infill_overlap = 20
infill_pattern = zigzag
infill_sparse_density = 100
material_diameter = 1.75
material_flow = 100
material_print_temperature = 220
outer_inset_first = True
retract_at_layer_change = True
retraction_amount = 6
retraction_extra_prime_amount = 0.16
retraction_extrusion_window = None
retraction_min_travel = None
retraction_speed = 60
skin_no_small_gaps_heuristic = False
speed_infill = =speed_print
speed_print = 50
speed_topbottom = =speed_print / 2
speed_travel = 80
speed_wall_0 = =speed_wall
speed_wall_x = =speed_wall * 2
top_layers = 4
wall_thickness = 0.8
is there a function that does opposite of what coasting would does ? cuz that will definitely fix my voids
adding coasting default value adds the voids in layer view. Please help me figure this out. Thank you.
P.S : If a setting is missing from above then its default for cura.
