Hi. I am a novice with autocad. I have a simple item that I made by joining 2 pieces. It is now a 1-piece polygon. I will attach a picture. There is a small gap between the pieces and I do not know how to remove the gap. Please help!! Thank you, Lori

hi, iv only used inventor for modelling but i assume that software is similar, so when you are constraining 2 pieces together usually there is an option to offset the part so you should be able to move it closer. im not realy sure how you got a gap from connecting them. One reason this could be the case is you have constraint the pieces to the axis so it can move on z but not x and y. in that case try constraining the 2 faces together. also is it 2 separate models or did you make them just separated on the same save file? if thats the case then im not sure how to connect them.
