i have straight back chairs with tublar legs. the glides that sit on the floor are wearing out and i need to replace. i have exhausted all sources of purchasing anything that will fit and work both locally and nationally. they are simple, but none of the furniture manufactures will sell them or have them available. IF you could buy one someplace, they have a value of about $.25, but not availalbe. i would like to get addresses of Albuquerque 3-D printers where i can go and show the piece and see if it can be replicated inexpensively. i need about 50. the material would be ABS. i have a poor quality photo either in jpeg or a pdf if that helps. thank you

We can help you out with this. If you have a sample that would be the place to start. I can 3D model a new one from the sample and then we can either 3D print them in ABS, or more practically, print a few as masters and then cast the 50 in a polyurethane which will take more abuse than a 3D printed ABS part. Let me know and we can make arrangements.

We could help with scanning the object and then printing them out in ABS. But if you want them casted in polyurethane then Vanguard Technology would be the best fit for that small run.

Hi - thank you for your replay. Where are you located so that i may bring by the piece to be replicated?

Sounds like you have a solution in hand.
Keep us in mind if you want to try casting some urethane copies. It doesn’t really apply to this part, but we can now do rotational casting for larger or hollow parts as well.
