I have an issue with a Mono price printer.
Ik bought it for my son and we installed it yesterday, following the manual, worked all fine. I didn’t get the .stl file (made in Tinkercad) on the Micro Sd card via a friend pc (I have Mac). After several trials and formatting (in original format FAT - not FAT32) the card it worked. We had taken off all the other files. After that the Printer found the file, but did not print.
I formatted another Micro SD card I had (16Gb - only accepted FAT32) and put all the original files plus our Tinkercad .stl file on it. This time the printer didn’t find any file.

Also I would like to connect my Mac to it, but it doesn’t recognise it.

Any ideas anybody?
