hi was working earlier today but tonight when i went to heat up the bed on my tarantula 3d printer the power shut down i have noticed that the plug at the back is a little dark but not black and burnt like most of the youtube videos ive seen how can i fix this please help

Most likely the shut down is triggered by the “Thermal runaway” protection in the firmware. You will need to replace the plug(VH3.96) or solder the wires direct to the board. Either way you should also using cable chain to secure the cable. It is a fire hazard if you don’t address the problem.
