I just finished assembling my new printer
all axes are running well manually and all parameters looks ok, but when i ask an stl file to be printed Nothing happens !

The printer will only natively print gcode files. It won’t print STL files. Use Cura to slice your STL into gcode
It does not print a STL file. You need to convert it to a Gcode file using a slicing software like Cura.
If you are using an Anet A8 3D printer, it would never take any STL file directly. To initiate with your printing job, you need to slice your STL file to a Gcode file using some good slicing software.
