Awesome work. Ended up printing one of those on the Ultimaker v1 a while back, but this one looks top notch on the V2
Well done!
Great work guys. I love to see these ambitious projects that push the boundaries on size and construction as it really shows that 3D printing is about more than just printing small plastic robots (even though that’s the way everyone starts with an Ultimaker).
Love the picture where it looks like it’s penned in the printer ready to burst into action.

The clips above its arm, shown clearly in the close up photo, seems to be laybrick.
Is that the case?
Is it regular pla painted or printed in UM2 highest quality or it is just the photo that confusing?
I must say it looks great. How heavy it is?

Clip above the arm? All the greys printed using colorfabb shinning silver, the blacks printed using just black PLA, the rubber joints printed using flexible filament black from ultimaker and the elbow is printed using colorfabb bronzefill
Love it! I’ll give that a go on my form1+ I think
- check out my version of bucket on Talk and see what you think to that on the UM2.
