My ender 3 pro adjustment wheels are turning and spoiling the bed leveling midprint

is there a way to make the wheels take a certain position and fix them in place so they wont turn?
it happens at very long print and since the nozzle sometimes touch the print as it moves it makes it shaking and the wheels are turning. tried to search anything on thingiverse but havnt found something. any ideas? thanks
