I just go my 3d printer and I leveled the bed and set up the extruder height accordingly. But when I go to the ‘home axes’ the extruder will push down the heated bed and go extremely low. It was working fine before but now it isn’t. Does anyone have a fix?

It means your bed is too high or the hot end and nozzle are too low.

How does the nozzle height change? because it was perfectly aligned to the bed height then for some reason it just started going down really close to the bottom of the screws on the bed.

Check that the grub screws on the hot end are holding the heat break, heat

block, and nozzle in place.

What I do is put them as high as possible, home the bed and nozzle, then

loosen them and let them slide down until the nozzle meets the bed, then

tighten again.

How do you adjust the nozzle height?

Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same issue.

It was printing just fine, now all of a sudden the home axes start position is too low so that it won’t clear the bed plate.

I just had to tighten the screws on the bed to lower it down. You can’t adjust the extruder height on this printer.
