Hello all! Bought my MP Mini Delta about a month ago, got a couple of pretty good prints out of it so far, but I’ve started to experience an interesting and crippling problem. At a certain height on different prints, the print nozzle will start pushing layers aside, ruining the print and wasting hours and meters of filament. For reference, the pics attached are of a flat base with a small brick wall, supposed to be vertical.
I’m also experiencing minor issues with adhesion on a stock plate. The brim layers seem to be separating slightly, but I’m more worried about the nozzle/impact problem.
I’m using Hatchbox grey PLA at 200c and 60c heated plate.
