MonoPrice Mini Select V2- help

I got the monoprice mini select v2 for Christmas, I watched a video and read some instructions, what should I know before I do my first print, and can I use THIS 3d model?

Of course you can use that model, take care of supports needed to sustain bottom part of the blade.

I’d suggest printing the Lucky Cat - it comes on the little sd card that came with the printer.

It’s pre-sliced (a gocde file) and will provide a good initial test of the printer.
