Just got a MP3D printer, my first. I purchased it open box on Cyber Monday. The bowden tube was interfering with the limit switches and now it seems the hotend has lost its way. I tried to print a part and the hot end dove down in to the build plate and gouged it. I would like to be able to reset everything. Any help? Thanks in advance for any help.
Sorry, I used Soil Edge ST10 to generated the part just a simple cylinder for a test print and Cura slicing software. This is the first time useing Cura.
I just re -stared the OEM test print and every thing seems to be working fine? could it be Cura?
